Town residents may submit a written or electronic request to the Town Clerk to be placed on a list of residents who will be notified of any ordinance amending the Town’s Comprehensive Plan which may affect the allowable use of any such residents’ property(ies) within the Town. The notice will be provided to any resident making such request at least thirty (30) days prior to the public hearing to take comments on any such ordinance amending the Town Comprehensive Plan.

The request may specify whether the resident would like to receive notice by regular mail or electronic mail. It is the resident’s responsibility to provide an accurate and current address at which to receive such notice and to notify the Town Clerk of any change to the address provided. Residents requesting notice by first class mail may be charged the reasonable cost incurred by the Town to provide the notice by that means.
