Notice to Town of Emerald Residents

Town residents may submit a written or electronic request to the Town Clerk to be placed on a list of residents who will be notified of any ordinance amending the Town’s Comprehensive Plan which may affect the allowable use of any such residents’ property(ies) within the Town. The notice will be provided to any resident making such request at least thirty (30) days prior to the public hearing to take comments on any such ordinance amending the Town Comprehensive Plan.
